ตามที่ บริษัท สายการบินนกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ”) ได้ยื่นคำร้องขอฟื้นฟูกิจการของ บริษัทฯ ต่อศาลล้มละลายกลางและศาลล้มละลายกลางได้มีคำสั่งรับคำร้องขอฟื้นฟูกิจการของบริษัทฯ ไว้เพื่อพิจารณา เมื่อวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2563 โดยกำหนดวันนัดไต่สวนคำร้องขอฟื้นฟูกิจการของบริษัทฯ ในวันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2563 นั้น
บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งว่า ในวันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2563 ศาลล้มละลายกลางได้ตรวจสำนวนแล้วปรากฏว่าไม่ มีผู้ใดคัดค้านคำร้องขอ จึงให้งดการไต่สวนตามพระราชบัญญัติล้มละลาย พ.ศ. 2483 มาตรา 90/10 และ ศาลล้มละลายกลางได้กำหนดนัดฟังคำสั่งคำร้องขอฟื้นฟูกิจการ ในวันที่ 4 พฤศจิกายน 2563 เวลา9.00 น. ซึ่งบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบถึงความคืบหน้าของคำร้องขอฟื้นฟูกิจการของบริษัทฯ
Nok Air’s rehabilitation petition is accepted. No one raised any objection!
Reference is made to Nok Airlines Public Company Limited (“the Company”)’s rehabilitation petition filed with the Central Bankruptcy Court (“the Court”) to which the Court accepted the Company’s rehabilitation petition on 30 July 2020 and set the date for the hearing on the Company’s rehabilitation petition on 27 October 2020.
The company hereby informs you that on 27 October 2020, the Court examined the brief and found that no one raised any objection against the rehabilitation petition. The Court therefore ordered that no further hearing is required under Section 90/10 of the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483, and set the date on which the order on rehabilitation petition will be issued to be at 9:00 am on 4 November 2020. The Company will provide report on the rehabilitation petition further.
