สราญรัตน์ มีประสบการณ์การทำงานจากธนาคาร และสถาบันการเงินชั้นนำของประเทศมากกว่า 15 ปี ในงานบริหารช่องทางและการทำธุรกรรมการเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์งานบริหารการตลาดงานบริหารลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (CRM) รวมถึงการพัฒนาธุรกิจ ก่อนร่วมงานกับธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทยสราญรัตน์เคยดำรงตำแหน่ง กรรมการผู้จัดการ ประจำประเทศไทย บริษัท ทรู มันนี่จำกัดผู้ให้บริการอีวอลเลตรายใหญ่ของประเทศไทยกรุงศรี คอนซูมเมอร์ และบริษัท จีอี แคปปิตอล
โดยการเข้ามารับตำแหน่งนี้คุณสราญรัตน์จะเข้ามากำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การดำเนินงานและสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการเงินใหม่ๆ ร่วมกับการใช้โดยใช้การบริหารจัดการและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของธนาคารดิจิตอล ของธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทยโดยคำนึงถึงความต้องการของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ
CIMB Thai Bank appoints Saranrat Srichiraratana as Head of Digital Banking & Decision Management
CIMB Thai Bank announced the appointment of Ms. Saranrat Srichiraratana as Executive Vice President, Head of Digital Banking & Decision Management, Consumer Banking.
Saranrat has over 15 years of extensive experience on digital channel management, marketing, customer relationship management and business development at Thai leading banks and consumer finance companies. Prior to joining CIMB Thai Bank, Saranrat was Country Managing Director of True Money, one of the largest e-wallet service providers in Thailand. She also assumed the leadership positions at Krungsri Consumer and GE Capital.
As Head of Digital Banking & Decision Management, Saranrat will develop digital strategies and drive digital innovation with utilization of data and analytic tools to enhance customer experience and engagement with CIMB Thai Bank.
